All Arabian 2011

Our little superstar palomino Arabian Pony, Maraahn El Shamar was judged Champion Arabian Pony at the All Arabian on Sunday 27th March 2011. As usual he never puts a foot wrong and takes everything in his stride. Such a lovely placid pony and an absolute pleasure to to have around. Shamar will now be started under saddle and commence his ridden career.

Our Anglo Arabian 2 year old filly Khaarndi was judged Reserve Champion. It was only her 2nd show and now will be put out for a well deserved break and time to grow. We are very proud of our lovely girl.

Maraahn Fifigal, our yearling purebred Arabian filly was judged 2nd in her yearling class. We are so impressed with her as this was her first show. Thanks to Tanya York and her team at Westfield Park Arabians for the fantastic show prep and for taking great care of our baby and to Steve Mucco for training and showing her.

Cranston Park Khaan is the sire of all 3 above and also sire of some other outstanding winners on the day. I will post an entry with all the details when I get them. Khaan has really stamped his mark on all his progeny. He produces such great halter and especially ridden horses with great temperaments. It is a joy to look out on him everyday and watch him grace my paddocks. He certainly does not show his age as he is still a very beautiful, proud boy with an amazing amount of energy at the age of 20.

A BIG congratulations also to Kate Vaughan for claiming the ultimate prize of Australian Champion with her outstanding Cranston Park Khaan Anglo Arabian son Pembrooke Park Princeton.  What a superstar pair.

Maraahn El Shamae and Maraahn El Shamar were both judged State Champions on the 8th November 2009 at the WA State Championships. Shamae won her 2 &3 year old class  and Shamar won his yearling class and took out Champion Junior Arabian Pony. Shamar will be campaigned at the East Coast and Australian Championships in 2010 in Sydney.

It was another great result for Cranston Park Khaan who just keeps producing amazing progeny. His amazing Anglo Arabian son Pembrooke Park Princeton yet again won State Champion and Khaans purebred son Khizmeht Midas also judged State Champion in his class. Lets hope Khaans up and coming progeny can keep the awards coming in.

A great big thankyou to Anthony Tropiano for helping me with my ponies. He did a fantatic job preparing and showing them.  Lets hope we have success in the East as well. Good on you Anthony!!
